Formed in 2000, Pickled Dick are a three piece punk pop band from the southern part of the United Kingdom.
Since 2000, Pickled Dick have played over 600 shows all over the UK and mainland Europe, including there own headline tours and touring with or supporting the likes of Captain Everything!, Capdown, Adequate Seven, Sonic Boom Six, Howards Alias, Jesse James, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Gallows and Elliot Minor.
In 2005, Pickled Dick released their debut album 'Panda-Moanium' on Killer Records from Brighton. The album has been critically acclaimed around the world by fanzines, websites, music critics and music fans alike, with the bands sound being described as "A mixture of early Green Day with Frenzal Rhomb with Beach Boy-esque backing vocals".
During 2006, Pickled Dick released a six-track EP 'Exercise Your Demons' through their own label Don't Rush Me Records, going on to win the Jagermeister National Songwriting Competition in 2007 where their track was used in Jagermeister's advertising campaign.
As of 2008, Pickled Dick decided to take a new direction, dropping the existing band name and gaining a new member. They are now known as Mike TV and have a self-titled debut album on Banquet Records.
